The occupation army killed hundreds of civilians in Gaza after the International Justice Department’s decision (British ITV channel)

The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Observatory said that it documented that the occupation army continued at the same rate to kill civilians, forcibly displace them, and starve them in Gaza, three days after the International Court of Justice issued a decision that obligated Israel to take measures to prevent the commission of the crime of genocide against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

The Observatory indicated that it documented the Israeli army’s killing of more than 373 Palestinians - including 345 civilians - in addition to more than 643 injuries since the court’s decision was issued.

He explained that in addition to the non-stop bombing operations - including the destruction of residential homes on the heads of their residents and the killing of displaced people after they were terrorized and responded to illegal Israeli evacuation orders - Israel continues its attack on what remains of the health system in Gaza and besieges and targets the hospitals that remain partially functioning in Khan. Younis, south of the Gaza Strip.

Systematic destruction

According to the Observatory, the process of systematic and widespread destruction of civilian objects continued, including homes, residential complexes, and neighborhoods, and certain areas witnessed horrific crimes, which comes within the framework of destroying evidence of the crime of genocide being committed.

He said that Israel is still deliberately obstructing the arrival of humanitarian aid to Gaza in general, and placing more stringent restrictions on its entry into the northern Gaza Valley in particular, where the famine situation is worsening 115 days after the start of the war.

The Observatory stated that during the past few days, settlers obstructed the entry of humanitarian aid through the Kerem Shalom crossing, east of Rafah, with the approval of the Israeli police and based on instructions from the Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben Gvir.

He confirmed that the number of aid trucks decreased to only 87 trucks during the past two days compared to the previous days, which witnessed an average of 100 trucks per day, which was criticized because it only meets less than 10% of the needs of the population of the Strip.

The Observatory also said that the Israeli army issued new evacuation orders in a new number of areas of Khan Yunis, with a total area of more than 4 square kilometers, and published them on social media despite the ongoing outage of electricity, communications and internet services in the Strip.

He stressed that the occupation army continued to destroy entire residential squares, although it was not possible to accurately estimate this destruction, in addition to destroying all buildings at a depth ranging between 1,000 and 1,500 meters from the border fence east of Gaza, with the aim of establishing a buffer zone that would cut off more than 15% of the area of the Strip.

Israeli statements

The Observatory also pointed out the continuation of Israeli statements that reflect intentions to continue committing the crime of genocide. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the day before yesterday, Saturday, that “the International Court of Justice has not taken a decision to stop the war, and we continue to act according to our interests.”

Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich also stated that "a military government will be formed in Gaza, and it will be responsible for civilian issues."

It is noteworthy that last Friday, the International Court of Justice issued a decision binding Israel to take a number of temporary and urgent measures to prevent the commission of all acts of genocide in Gaza, as it called for immediate measures to be taken to provide basic services and provide humanitarian assistance urgently to address the bad conditions faced by the residents of the Gaza Strip, and others to prevent Destruction of evidence relating to acts related to the commission of the crime of genocide.
