Rosstandart informs about this.

It is noted that Haval F7 and F7x models will be recalled due to the possibility of moisture getting into the wiring harness connector under the driver's seat. Such a defect can cause a short circuit in the electrical wiring and lead to melting of the connector.

On all recalled vehicles, the wiring harness connector will be modified to eliminate the risk of moisture ingress.

Rosstandart said that all owners of cars that are subject to the recall will be informed of the need to take the car to the nearest dealership for free repairs.

Owners can also find out on their own whether their car is subject to a recall using the car’s VIN code on the Rosstandart website.
