He said this after a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic.
"Israel, receiving the unconditional support of the West and the United States, is committing crimes against humanity in Gaza," TASS quoted him as saying.
A real state, he said, "must follow the rules of war" while Israel strikes hospitals.
"We continue to be in contact with our partners, we are working to ensure that every person from Israel who has committed war crimes is brought to justice," he added.
Earlier, Israeli aircraft struck the only hospital for cancer patients in the Gaza Strip.
Also before that, Israel warned of plans to bomb the Al-Quds Hospital in the Gaza Strip.
