It is claimed that the main reason lies in "excessive competition after the liberalization of international transportation between Ukraine and the countries of the European Union."
Earlier, Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, said that Kyiv would consider Poland its close friend until the end of hostilities, and then competition between the countries would begin.
