One of the Twitter users posted a post about Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Andriy Melnyk, who demanded that Germany supply more Leopard 2 tanks.
He suggested that the Ukrainian military is not ready enough to use them.
"A small number of tanks are easily destroyed by anti-tank weapons and mines," RIA Novosti quotes Musk's comment under this post.
The businessman added that there should be either a lot of tanks, or there should not be at all.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that during the day the Ukrainian army lost 11 tanks in three directions, including three Leopards, a British Stormer combat vehicle and the M777 system.
