Belgium announced the expectation of Ukraine's response on the use of its weapons in the Belgorod region

This was announced by the head of the country's Ministry of Defense Ludivin Dedonder in an interview with France Soir.

"We sent a request to Ukraine on Monday (June 5. — RT). We will have a contact group on Ukraine on June 15, if there is no answer before then, I will talk with the Minister (Defense of Ukraine Alexei. - RT) Reznikov, "she said.

As Dedonder TASS reports, "a document is attached to each batch of supplied weapons," which explains that it should be used only for the defense of the territory of Ukraine.

On June 5, Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo instructed the special services to clarify the issue of the use of Belgian weapons in the Belgorod region by the Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group.

The Russian Foreign Ministry expressed a strong protest to the Belgian ambassador in Moscow over the discovery of Belgian weapons in the possession of Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups, which staged terrorist attacks in the Belgorod region on May 22.
