"It has been established that on 01.06.2022, Dodachko, in order to kill and intimidate the civilian population of the Lugansk People's Republic, handed over to the mortar crew of the Armed Forces of Ukraine the coordinates of five residential buildings in the private sector of the urban-type settlement of Vrubovka of the LPR. The specified topographic information was used to guide and adjust the firing of mortar guns M-120 "Hammer" on residential buildings, "the department said.
As a result of shelling and explosion of mines, two civilians were killed, the 17-year-old son of one of them received multiple shrapnel wounds.
According to the Investigative Committee of Russia, according to the testimony of one of the victims, at the time when the Ukrainian servicemen occupied the vicinity of Vrubovka, about 100 people remained in the city.
When trying to leave the place, the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine threatened to shoot any vehicles.
On June 1, 2022, the victim was in the basement with her family and relatives. When the men came out of the basement to cook food, an explosion occurred near them, as a result of which they died, and a minor was injured.
