In the clip you can see when the artworks appear in Västervik

"This can be a way to spread the art to more people," says Linn Hübinette at the Swedish Art Associations, which has led the exhibition Vävda rum.

In squares throughout the country

With the naked eye, the artworks are not visible, it is only when you pick up the mobile that they come to life. Some can be seen while others can only be heard.

– The work "The long buzz" is placed in squares around the country and the idea is that the work should be like a virtual graffiti board, says Linn Hübinette and continues:

– The visitor can write a message in the work in one part of the country, which can then be read in another part.

132 municipalities

The ten artworks are spread out in 132 municipalities in Sweden, including Västervik, Kalmar and Växjö, and to view the art you need to download the app "Vävda rum". The exhibition runs from 20 May to 30 September.
