In his opinion, the deputy's initiative should have a clear and transparent economic justification.
"The initiative is not supported by statistics on how many people who do not have a driver's license annually enter into inheritance. What category of citizens do they belong to in terms of social status and security. How many such citizens already have a transport tax exemption. What is the amount of shortfall in revenues of regional budgets this can lead to, "he said.
