"Military registration, removal from military registration and amendments to the documents of military registration of citizens who are required to be registered with the military can be carried out without the personal appearance of citizens in the military commissariat on the basis of information contained in the state information resource, other state information systems and information resources," the draft resolution says.

It is specified that the relevant notifications will be sent to the Russians in their personal account on the State Services portal.

Summons about the need to appear in person at the military registration and enlistment office in electronic form will be duplicated in the personal accounts of citizens in the register of sent (delivered) summonses. At the same time, the summons will be considered served after seven days from the date of its placement in the register of summonses.

On April 14, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on a unified register of persons liable for military service and electronic summonses for those subject to conscription for military service.

At the end of April, the Ministry of Digital Development did not confirm plans to send subpoenas through the "State Services" in certain regions. The department explained that in order to send subpoenas through the "State Services" in electronic form, it is necessary to adopt a separate regulatory act.

The head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Maksut Shadaev, said earlier that the register of military registration would begin work for the autumn draft.
