Liu Zhengkui, a researcher at the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, made a forum keynote report entitled "Digital Assessment and Intervention of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in Children", pointing out that attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common childhood neurodevelopmental disorders, which is usually first diagnosed in childhood and often lasts until adulthood. New technologies, represented by smartphones, are undermining children's subjectivity and depriving them of the ability to concentrate. For example, playing mobile games, watching TV, visiting online stores, etc., let children hand over their precious concentration, let the rules of the activity itself control, over time, resulting in further degradation and loss of the ability to concentrate, and it is more difficult to complete challenging tasks.

Liu Zhengkui reminded that lack of attention is an important cause of children's mental health problems, which not only leads to the lagging development of children's cognitive ability, but also brings a series of problems to children's social development and academics. "Attention has become one of the most scarce psychological resources in this era", he called for strengthening the protection of children's attention in the information age, and implementing comprehensive intervention on children's attention problems through modules such as "movement and feeling", "information processing training", "mindfulness biofeedback", "anti-interference training" and "parent support plan".
