The man, who is in his 50s, has been missing since Tuesday when he allegedly fell into the water during bridge work in Piteå. The man has not yet been found, but according to information to SVT, new findings have been made after the accident.

"The police have found the harness and the bridge railing," sources told SVT.

The police partially confirm the data:

"What we can say is that some findings have been made, but we won't go into any more details at the moment," says Maria Linnaeus, spokesperson for the police.

Is there any search going on today?

"It is not searched frequently all the time, which is because conditions in the water are difficult to search. You also have to plan between search efforts to pinpoint the areas that are interesting to search for.

When will the next search effort start?

"New applications are planned for the beginning of the coming week," says Maria Linnaeus.
