In addition to the main square being full of mopeds and carousels, artists such as Tone Sekelius, Tomas Andersson Wij and Mariette have performed and drawn a lot of people during the weekend city festival in Falun.
Wet challenge
An activity that was done in Falun during the 90s was Falukorvsrace and this year it has been resurrected, by Centrala stadsrum who arranges the competition.
The participants paint a sausage made of wood and then drop them into Faluån at the same time. And the first to the goal wins. Many children were involved in the competition on Saturday, including nine-year-old Hanna Norrlander.
