According to the head of the press center of the "South" group, Vadim Astafyev, aviation hit one of the command posts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"Aviation of the Southern Group of Forces defeated the command post of the 81st Airmobile Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of the settlement of Seversk," he said.

In addition, the group's artillery destroyed enemy platoon strongholds in the area of the settlements of Bogdanovka and Kotelniki.

Along with this, the calculations of self-propelled mortars "Tulip" and "Peony" hit the firing positions of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of the settlement of Spirnoye, as well as the railway unloading station in Kurakhov.

In addition, artillerymen of the Southern Military District destroyed enemy ammunition depots in the areas of Umanskoye and Pobeda.

According to Astafyev, as part of the counter-battery fight, a D-20 howitzer was destroyed in a firing position near the village of Zhelannoye Second, two enemy armored combat vehicles, an electronic warfare station and a pickup truck.

In addition, special forces units of the "South" group destroyed a stronghold and four groups of enemy infantry.

It is also reported that the Russian military destroyed the Akatsiya self-propelled artillery mount and the D-30 howitzer in the Kherson region.
