Beijing, 6 Jun (Zhongxin Net) -- On 1 June, the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense held its first ceremony to issue certificates to the first batch of 6 personnel who obtained administrative law enforcement qualifications.
Pan Aihua, member of the leading party group and deputy director of the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, attended the certificate presentation ceremony and delivered a speech.
Pan Aihua pointed out: To comprehensively promote the construction of the military industry under the rule of law, we must focus on three aspects of work. First, firmly grasp the top priority of legislation. Focus on key and urgent needs, advance in stages and batches according to priorities, and constantly make up for the shortcomings and weaknesses in the construction of the military industry under the rule of law. The second is to strengthen the key link of administrative law enforcement. Strengthen supervision and management in accordance with law, strictly, completely, standardized, and effectively implement all law enforcement matters, and strive to solve problems such as irregular law enforcement and inadequate supervision. The third is to consolidate the basic support for the study of major issues. In view of important laws and regulations, major theories, prominent contradictions and forward-looking problems in the construction of the military industry under the rule of law, there are plans to organize and carry out investigations and studies to provide a basis and support for the construction of the military industry under the rule of law.

Pan Aihua stressed that the overall situation should be cautious and consistent, continue to change the concept of law enforcement, improve the law enforcement system, focus on improving the literacy of law enforcement, and promote the high-quality operation of administrative law enforcement. Administrative law enforcement personnel should strengthen their thinking and ability to rule of law, focus on prominent problems in the process of reform and development of science, technology and industry for national defense, make good use of rule of law methods and means to plan work and handle conflicts, and ensure that all work in science, technology and industry for national defense operates on the track of rule of law.

At the meeting, the list of the first batch of evidence collectors of the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense was read out, and certificates were issued to representatives of evidence collectors of various departments.
