It is noted that, for example, residents of new regions will be able to apply to employment centers at the place of stay, that is, in other Russian regions.

"The decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin," the report says.

It is specified that people will be assisted both with temporary employment and with starting their own business, including financial support for state registration as an individual entrepreneur, an organization or a farm.

"Also, these citizens can be sent for retraining," the statement adds.

Earlier, presidential aide Maxim Oreshkin said that a number of sectors of the Russian economy faced a shortage of personnel.
