RT: if she arrives in Moscow, Yulia Navalnaya may be arrested

RT's source in Russian law enforcement agencies claims that if Yulia Navalnaya arrives, she can be arrested right at the airport.

Navalny may be charged under the same articles of the new criminal case under which her husband is being held - we are talking about the creation and financing of an extremist community, as well as public calls for extremist activities.

An RT source surrounded by Leonid Volkov* also claims that both the current leadership of the FBK**, headed by Maria Pevchikh***, and Volkov himself are actively persuading Yulia Navalnaya to come to Russia. The source does not exclude that in this way Volkov and Pevchikh are trying to substitute the wife of the founder of the FBK and get rid of a competitor in the opposition field.

Earlier, RT reported details of a new criminal case against Alexei Navalny. He is charged with creating and financing an extremist community (Articles 282.1 and 282.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, respectively) and public calls for extremist activities (Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

Within the framework of the criminal case, episodes of rehabilitation of Nazism (Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and involvement of minors in criminal antisocial acts (Article 151.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) Navalny proved in the actions. The trial of the new charges will take place directly in the Vladimir colony, where Navalny is serving a sentence for previous crimes.
