The first is to expand the pilot project of exemption from inspection of new private cars. On the basis of the pilot project of 10 production enterprises in 11 cities, the pilot of pre-inspection of domestic passenger car registration production enterprises will be expanded, 21 new production enterprises in 18 cities will pilot the inspection of vehicles when new vehicles leave the factory, and the production enterprises will share vehicle information with the public security traffic management department, and applicants will be exempted from submitting motor vehicles for inspection when they are registered, which is more convenient for the public to register new cars, better promote automobile consumption and circulation, and help the development of the automotive industry.

The third is to facilitate the replacement of large truck driving licenses by military personnel. On the basis of the implementation of the exemption of driving licenses of military and armed police forces to obtain small car driving licenses, those who apply for the replacement of large trucks with quasi-driving driving licenses and have certain safe driving experience in large and medium-sized passenger and freight vehicles during their service will be replaced after passing the subject 1 examination, and no longer need to take the subject 3 examination, so as to better serve and ensure the employment of retired servicemen.
Launched three new measures to ensure the convenience of public travel, further promote the refinement of traffic organization, precise management of hidden dangers, convenient handling of accidents, and better service to ensure the safe and smooth travel of the public.

Adhere to the priority development of public transport, actively promote the construction of bus lanes, scientifically set special time periods according to bus schedules, and allow social vehicles to pass during other periods. The third is to facilitate Hong Kong and Macao vehicles to deal with traffic violations and minor accidents online. Temporary inbound motor vehicles from the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions, vehicles licensed in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao and their drivers can use the "Traffic Management 12123" APP to inquire and deal with off-site traffic violations of motor vehicles after filing with the public security traffic management department, quickly handle minor traffic accidents, facilitate Hong Kong and Macao residents to travel by car in the Mainland, and promote the integrated development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
The fourth is to implement online push prompts for electronic inspection marks. For motor vehicles exempt from inspection that meet the requirements for applying for electronic certificates of inspection marks, the public security traffic management department will push prompt messages to the owner of the motor vehicle through the "Traffic Management 12123" APP and other means, and issue electronic certificates of inspection marks after review for confirmed applications, without the need to apply separately, simplify the process of applying for inspection marks, and optimize the online service experience.
