She added that scientists, historians and educators should make efforts to create such a textbook.

Earlier, the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Education, Yana Lantratova, expressed the idea of developing a single school textbook for the countries of the former USSR on the history of the Great Patriotic War and considering the possibility of including it in the school curricula of the CIS member states.
As Lantratova noted, today an information campaign is being conducted against Russia, one of the methods of which is the dissemination of false information about the Great Patriotic War.
