Not attractive as an employer

The Swedish bathing industry takes the shortage seriously. Now they will try to remedy it – with a training that will increase the skills of the staff.

"Everyone is crying out for staff and it's not easy to find because we are not attractive enough as an employer," says Kari Tryde, project manager for the skills supply project that has been launched.
