In November 2022, the Ministry of Public Security deployed and launched the "Clean Breeze 11" special operation nationwide to crack down on illegal gambling crimes in rural areas in accordance with the law and comprehensively rectify the chaos in rural underground casinos. Through the crackdown and rectification in the past six months, the gambling problem in rural areas has been curbed to a certain extent, and the police situation of rural gambling has decreased by 2023.23% year-on-year, effectively purifying the rural social atmosphere and creating a safe and stable social security environment for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.
The main measures and results of the special operation are as follows:
First, we have persisted in intelligence guidance and investigation, and the special crackdown has achieved remarkable results.
