The court also counted in the sentence the time of Gilman's stay under administrative arrest - from January 19 to January 23, 2022.
In October last year, it was reported that the protection of American citizen Robert Gilman plans to appeal to the United States with a request to initiate an exchange process.
Gilman was detained on January 17, 2022 due to the fact that he drunk violated the order on the train.
According to investigators, he kicked a policeman several times.
