A basement was flooded on Monday but that water has now been pumped out. However, the school lacks several necessities to be able to conduct activities.

"We don't have water, sewage or electricity. Neither does the internet," says Vice-Chancellor Anette Lindblom.

The youngest elves, who use a different room, could come to school as usual. They also have another schoolyard so they don't have to get close to the water leak. The older students have continued distance learning.

"There is no toilet or toilets, so we can't have any activities.

How long will there be distance learning?

"Right now, it's be for today. It is the board's working committee that makes the decision if there will be more.
