Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said Tuesday morning that the Russian capital was targeted at dawn by a rare drone attack that caused "minor" damage to buildings. The attack did not cause casualties, however, says the elected official.

The Russian capital was targeted at dawn Tuesday by a rare drone attack that caused "minor" damage to buildings without causing casualties, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said. "This morning, at dawn, a drone attack caused minor damage to several buildings. All the emergency services of the city are on site (...) No one has been seriously injured so far," Sergei Sobyanin wrote on Telegram.
