🔴 Live: Kilicdaroglu or Erdogan? Follow the second round of the Turkish presidential election

D-Day for Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Kemal Kilicdaroglu. The outgoing president and the opposition candidate, who won 49.5% and 44.9% of the vote respectively in the first round two weeks ago, face each other in an unprecedented second round.

Both candidates voted at midday, Recep Tayyip Erdogan in the conservative Istanbul district of Usküdar, Kemal Kilicdaroglu in the capital, Ankara. The Turkish president is given favorite in this second round, despite the economic crisis that is hitting the country and the mismanagement of the aftermath of the earthquake of February 6.
