As RIA Novosti notes, the draft law submitted for consideration by the deputies of the Sejm states that "in the event of an armed attack on the territory of Poland or an armed attack on the territory of another state that creates an immediate external threat to Poland ... property that is located on the territory of Poland may be confiscated to the State budget by law and without compensation if this property is used or can be used to finance or otherwise support this attack or actions related to it ..., especially on the basis of personal, organizational or financial ties of the owner of the property with the person who committed the attack.

Earlier, the press secretary of the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) Fabian Mayenfisch called it legally possible to use the assets of the Central Bank of Russia for the restoration of Ukraine.

According to him, discussions on this issue are ongoing. He clarified that so far there is no decision.
