The debate for mayor of Madrid resembled a boxing match spread over two rounds where the candidates went from more to less in each of the two halves separated by the advertising break. A television show more bronco and more body to body in which the all prevailed against Almeida and Reyes Maroto, which maintained a tone and a staging more typical of a minister than of a challenger who opts to recover the City Council of Madrid for the PSOE after decades of inactivity.

A debate in which the great leaders at the national level, Isabel Díaz Ayuso and Pedro Sánchez came out little to light. Only the candidate of Podemos, Roberto Sotomayor, took the memory of the president of the community for a walk with the phrase that cost Pablo Casado the mayor's office, and that the Podemite candidate, Alejandra Jacinto, wore last week.

Meanwhile, the president of the Government appeared mainly by allusions of the socialist candidate, Reyes Maroto, who said that during her time as minister she had achieved large investments for Madrid.

Throughout the debate, Almeida maintained an attitude reminiscent of former president José María Aznar combined with a prolific non-verbal language with pullitas for Rita Maestre and Carmena's legacy.

Meanwhile, the candidate of Podemos, Roberto Sotomayor, was one of those who most decided to pull props during his speech: he took a photo of Florentino Pérez accusing him of being the great beneficiary of the policies of the city of Madrid.

The former athlete also took the opportunity to put on and take off a mask making a nod to the mask scandal starring Luceño, Medina and the mysterious Shan Chin Choon, for which the prosecution asks them for high prison sentences.

Conta él were also the harshest attacks of the deputy mayor and candidate for Ciudadanos, Begoña Villacís, who accused with a printed news Alejandra Jacincto (candidate of Podemos to the Community of Madrid) of having orchestrated an escrache against her when she was about to give birth.
