The 25th Cross-Strait Economic and Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as the "Strait Trade Fair") is being held in Fuzhou, and for the first time an exhibition area for Taiwan-funded enterprises investing in the mainland has been set up. Yang Zhizhi, who has been engaged in exquisite agriculture in Taiwan for many years, came to Fujian more than three years ago with mature technology and planted more than 1000,<> mu of fruits in Fuqing.

"The mainland market is very good for Taiwan businessmen, and Fuqing has a similar climate to Taiwan and is suitable for the growth of Taiwan's crops, so I chose to invest and start a business here, hoping to enjoy the opportunities of the development of the mainland agricultural market." With the vigorous development of the beverage industry in the mainland, Yang Zhizhi has become the raw material supplier of many beverage stores in Fuzhou, and the sales of fruits have increased significantly.

Fujian has continued to implement the policy of benefiting Taiwan and the people, improving the construction level of Taiwan's farmers' business park and Fujian-Taiwan agricultural integrated development industrial park, and helping Taiwan compatriots and Taiwan enterprises better participate in rural revitalization and high-quality agricultural development, which has yielded fruitful results. Fuqing Taiwan Farmers Business Park has a planned area of 30,58 mu, and has settled in 20 Taiwan-funded agricultural enterprises so far, including <> wholly Taiwan-funded enterprises.

Located on the banks of the Aojiang River in Lianjiang, Gui'an, Fuzhou Hot Spring Golf Course showcased a green home with green mountains and flowing water at this exhibition. It was built by Taiwanese businessman Jiang Peiqi and his father Jiang Qibi over nearly three decades.

In September 1992, Jiang Qibi founded Fujian Lianjiang Taoyuan Sports Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 9 billion yen, becoming the first Taiwan compatriot to invest in Lianjiang. At the end of 10, Jiang Peiqi came to Lianjiang and took over the "baton" in his father's hands.

Seeing the huge development opportunities in the mainland's health and elderly care industry, Jiang Peiqi wants to use the land around the stadium to build a wellness hotel and create an international wellness tourism destination.

"In addition to the familiar golf, we will also join biomedical, hot spring, high-end service industries and other health, pension, and health-related industries." Jiang Peiqi told the China News Agency that she will also introduce Taiwan's organic agriculture, cultural tourism, cultural and creative industries and other advantageous industries to create a complete health format.

The exhibition area of Taiwan-funded enterprises' investment in the mainland not only builds a display platform for Taiwan enterprises and enterprises, but also provides docking services, promotes cross-strait economic and trade integration, and highlights the construction achievements of Fujian as the first home of Taiwan compatriots and Taiwan enterprises.

"Sky Counter" and "Taiwan Agricultural Loan" and other exclusive financial innovative products of Taiwan compatriots appeared for the first time in this achievement exhibition. "Sky Counter" is a newly launched remote manual service channel launched by Xiamen Bank, which enables Taiwan compatriots to use video interaction with online air tellers through WeChat mini programs to handle personal information changes such as account certificate validity period, bank card replacement activation and other services.

As the first city commercial bank in mainland China with a Taiwan-funded background, Bank of Xiamen has taken the lead in cross-strait financial cooperation in recent years, continuously improved the financial services of Taiwan compatriots and Taiwan enterprises, and has formed a complete exclusive product system for Taiwan compatriots and Taiwan enterprises. Ke Yangyang, a staff member of the Taiwan Business Finance Department of Xiamen Bank and a young Taiwanese bank, said that the bank will continue to strengthen characteristic and differentiated operations in the future, and strive to become a "model bank for cross-strait financial cooperation".

The exhibition also set up a Taiwan Youth Entrepreneurship Achievements Exhibition Area, where 27 representative projects of Taiwanese youth entrepreneurship in Rong from 31 enterprises were displayed in a concentrated manner, including characteristic cultural and creative products, sports training courses, car audio modification technology, etc. Since its first establishment in 2018 at the "Sea Fair", the Taiwan Youth Entrepreneurship Achievements Exhibition Area has exhibited nearly 100 enterprises and more than <> representative projects of Taiwan youth entrepreneurship in the mainland, showing the development achievements of Taiwan youth in the mainland.
