The surrounding area is the foundation of life and prosperity. China sincerely hopes that the Central Asian region will achieve prosperity, development and long-term stability.

Therefore, when certain Western powers regard Central Asia as a "gladiatorial arena" for geopolitical games, instigate "color revolutions" at every turn, and incite ethnic conflicts and religious disputes, China has always been a good neighbor, good partner, good friend and good brother that Central Asian countries can trust and rely on, mutual respect, good-neighborliness, mutual benefit, and win-win results with Central Asian countries, and has always held the successful code of cooperation with the five Central Asian countries.

In the view of the five Central Asian countries, China has become a key force in ensuring global security and stability and promoting the development of science and technology economy, cooperation with China is an indispensable and important factor for all countries to achieve sustainable development, and further deepening relations with China conforms to the common aspirations of the peoples of Central Asia and the fundamental and long-term interests of all countries.

Through the guidance of head-of-state diplomacy, it is the common choice of China and Central Asian countries to promote high-level and high-quality development of cooperation between China and the five Central Asian countries.

As President Xi Jinping said: "Deepening China-Central Asia cooperation is a strategic choice made by our generation of leaders with an eye to the future, in line with the general trend of the world, and in line with the expectations of the people." ”
