At the moment

Man• Promised range 230 km, real range about 220 km in summer, 160 in winter with seat and steering wheel heater on.
Am somewhat surprised that it became so much shorter in the winter. But it's fine anyway.
But is completely satisfied, costs 1.80 miles in electricity cost, comfort is excellent.
Charges normally when there is 20% left in the battery, then charges to about 80% in 25 min.

Basketball Tom Drive a Mustang Mach-E AWD LR and have it as a commuter car, is not the optimal commuter car maybe as it is not very aerodynamic but it is large and spacious! According to the papers, it should come 54 miles, but in the summer it comes at most 45 miles and 34 miles in the winter, which is more than I need so I am very pleased. A recommendation is to always read up before buying so you know all the tricks to get as far as possible during the winter.

Johan• Drive my second electric car. Now have a VW Id 3. It must be able to handle 42 km fully charged. Now that the outside temperature has gotten higher, the car's computer indicates that it's going 45 miles fully charged. I try to drive as calmly as possible, rarely over 90 km and no overtaking. This calm driving style de facto does not take much more time and over time the driving becomes more relaxed and harmonious. Quiet and soft.

Nicklas. • I commute 11 miles a day. Can only charge at work. Works great. Often when I come home on a Friday I have about 65% when I get home. Then I don't drive as much on the weekend. Åker å is about that. Back at work Monday morning with 5-20% left. Works fantastic.

Yogi Drive a kia eniro
Wltp 45 miles, 64 kWh.
Real figures with regular mixed driving, AC and radio and GPS on in Norrland down to Dalarna: Winter: about 30-35 miles, about 18-21kWh / 100km Summer:
about 45 miles, about 12-16 kWh / 100km

Type of tire, roof box, wind, temperature affects. The electric car is best in city driving and pulls a little more than wltp at high (>110km/h) speeds.

Peter• I have been driving KIA eniro since 2020 and been true with its 45mil, in winter it decreases to about 37. Now after 2.5 years, the capacity has decreased by about 3-4 miles.

Templar• Lives in Jämtland

Absolutely, it is shorter range in winter than summer. Reached the longest 65 miles on a charge during the summer, but 40-50 miles is more normal. In winter, it is absolutely lower. In -30° I get about half. After 3-4h in the car I usually have a leg stretcher, so a 15-30min charging stop then is usually perfect :).

Currently drives the Tesla Model Y, but had Tesla even before. Super happy with the car, but sad that it has become so common ;).

Peter• Electric motorists write fabulous stories here in the chat, but your world is not reflected along the way. Every day I see you lying at 80-110km/h on 110 road where all the other fossil motorists just whizz past. Each rest area is filled with waiting and queue half-annoying electric motorists who have to wait for many minutes until they are allowed to drive away. I wonder how much I save compared to you, it's probably worth a few dollars extra instead of being stupid. Electric cars definitely have a possibility if you live in Stockholm or the Netherlands where distances are short with a well-developed charging network, but not in the rest of Sweden. More subsidies from the state are needed, just look at Norway. I'll be running the 3.0 V6 TDI for a while longer.

Marten KIA Eniro 2021. We are super happy with the switch to an electric car. You have to plan a little better than with a fossil car, but that has not been an obstacle so far. No range anxiety.

Simon• Tesla model 3 SR+. Works just fine. Takes 2 hours longer when going to the alps but it is not so often. Tesla's super sharging is absolutely excellent and is just getting more and more charging points.
