The Notice points out that it is necessary to focus on controlling the following ten types of network chaos.

1. Establishing websites, registering accounts, listing apps and mini programs, etc. by impersonating others' enterprise names, registered trademarks, brands, etc.

2. Using methods such as "labeling", "rhythmic" and "magnifying glass" to maliciously spread the so-called "theory of private enterprises betraying the country", "theory of private enterprises leaving the market", "national advancement and retreat", etc., to exaggerate ugliness and incite resistance to the state-owned economy and private enterprises.

3. Leaking enterprise trade secrets, fictitious topics in entrepreneurs' private lives, hyping up entrepreneurs' personal privacy, and leaking personal information such as entrepreneurs' biometrics, medical health, financial accounts, whereabouts, home addresses, ID numbers, and phone numbers.

4. Engaging in illegal activities in the name of enterprises or entrepreneurs, illegally using the name and portrait of entrepreneurs, etc.

5. Using methods such as the "headline party" to distort the original meaning of the news, take the past remarks of entrepreneurs out of context, and unilaterally interpret the financial statements of enterprises to interfere with the normal operation of enterprises.

6. Provide associations, related searches and popular recommendations related to false and false information about enterprises and entrepreneurs.

7. Recruiting online black public relations and engaging in black and gray production in the name of "online part-time", "recruitment of writers", "marketing", "negative public opinion public relations" and "paid deletion of posts".

8. Maliciously collecting negative information about enterprises, seeking illegal benefits, as well as publishing negative reports and comments on enterprises and entrepreneurs, asking for property, requesting advertisements and commercial cooperation in the name of deleting posts and eliminating influence.

9. Speculating on hot events related to enterprises for malicious marketing, as well as cross-platform multi-account intensive posting to maliciously attack enterprises and entrepreneurs.

10. Use their own information release convenience, as well as technology, traffic, and influence advantages, fabricate and disseminate false information and misleading information, and smear and attack competitors.
