The proceeds of Yang Fulin's crime of accepting bribes and their fruits shall be recovered in accordance with law and turned over to the state treasury.
According to public information, Yang Fulin was born in October 1957, Hui nationality, a native of Wudu, Gansu, began to work in August 10 and joined the Communist Party of China in November 1976.
In July 2021, the official reported that Yang Fulin was investigated. In December of the same year, it was officially reported that he had been expelled from the party. He was accused of "using his position to seek benefits for others, and his relatives accepting other people's property," "interfering in judicial activities in violation of regulations," and "wantonly meddling in engineering projects, selecting and appointing cadres in violation of regulations, and seriously damaging the political ecology of the XPCC."

The court held that the defendant Yang Fulin's behavior constituted the crime of accepting bribes, and the amount of bribes received was particularly large.
