This was said during the briefing by the head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection troops (RCBP) of the Russian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov.
"The Pentagon's plans to continue dual-use research at Ukrainian biological facilities and in other countries of the world with a change in the name of the program are the result of an "indistinct" reaction of the world community due to the fear of a number of countries to go to confrontation with the American authorities," Kirillov said.
Also, the chief of the CBRN troops said that the US State Department had prepared a series of publications in order to question the documented facts of illegal American biological research.
Earlier, Kirillov said that the United States has resumed the program for the construction of biological laboratories in Ukraine and is expanding the format of training Ukrainian biologists.
