On the evening of Wednesday, April 5, in the Bryansk region, a Ukrainian light-engine aircraft crashed, violating the state border. This is stated by the press service of the Border Department of the FSB of Russia in the region.

"The plane for unknown reasons crashed near the village of Butovsk in the Bryansk region. The pilot (a citizen of Ukraine) who tried to escape to Ukrainian territory was detained by the border patrol," the report said.

It is emphasized that the proceedings against the violator of the state border have begun.

According to the head of the Klintsovsky district, where the crash occurred, no one was injured as a result of the incident.

"The plane fell in a field near the village of Butovsk, there is no damage and destruction. There are no victims, "TASS quoted Viktor Savchenko as saying.

According to Telegram channels, the Ukrainian plane flew towards the Druzhba oil pipeline. At the same time, the 50-year-old pilot "for protection" had an assault rifle, ammunition and body armor with him. According to preliminary data, the pilot was engaged in reconnaissance on the instructions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As Vladimir Putin noted during a meeting of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Ukrainian neo-Nazis and their accomplices operate not only in the territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics, in the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, but also commit crimes in other regions of Russia.

"The situation in these regions remains tense. The Kiev regime continues to commit serious crimes against civilians living there. No one is spared, cities and towns are subjected to missile strikes, artillery, mortar shelling. Terrorist attacks are regularly organized against representatives of the authorities and law enforcement agencies, journalists, public figures, teachers of schools and universities," Vladimir Putin said.

He also pointed out that there are grounds to assert that "the potential of third countries, Western special services is involved in the preparation of such sabotage and terrorist attacks."

Attack of the Ukrainian DRG in the Bryansk region

In early March, a sabotage and reconnaissance group penetrated the territory of the Bryansk region from the territory of Ukraine. The victims of their raid were two local residents. During the attack of Ukrainian saboteurs, a boy Fedor Symonenko, born in 2012, also received a gunshot wound in the back. At the same time, he brought two girls out from under the shelling of militants. After the incident, the child was taken to the hospital, where an operation was performed to remove the bullet.

Later, Fyodor was awarded the medal "For Courage". As follows from the presidential decree, the boy showed "courage and dedication" in the performance of civic duty. In addition, he was awarded the departmental medal of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation "Valor and Courage".

As established in the FSB, the organizer and participant of the attack is a Russian citizen Denis Kapustin - the founder of the so-called Russian Volunteer Corps (recognized in the Russian Federation as terrorist), living in Ukraine and operating under the control of the SBU. He was included in the list of terrorists and extremists. Also wanted was actor Kirill Kanakhin, who allegedly participated in a terrorist attack in the Bryansk region.

In the Bryansk region, on April 11, 2022, a high level of terrorist danger was established for the first time, after which this regime was repeatedly extended. In February 2023, the authorities of the region established a high level of terrorist danger indefinitely. It will be valid until further notice.
