In the Bryansk region, an attempt by a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group to penetrate the territory of the region was stopped. This was announced by Governor Alexander Bogomaz.

"Today, the border department of the FSB of Russia in the Bryansk region stopped an attempt to penetrate the territory of the Russian Federation in the area of the village of Sluchovsk of the Pogarsky district of the Ukrainian DRG in the amount of 20 people. Units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, together with units of the border troops, inflicted a fire defeat on the enemy, "he wrote in his Telegram channel.

At the same time, on the morning of April 6, Ukrainian militants fired mortar shelling at the village of Zapesochye, Pogarsky District, Bryansk Region.

In early March, a sabotage and reconnaissance group penetrated the territory of the Bryansk region from the territory of Ukraine. The victims of their raid were two local residents. During the attack of Ukrainian saboteurs, a boy Fedor Symonenko, born in 2012, also received a gunshot wound in the back. At the same time, he took two girls out of the shelling. After the incident, the child was taken to the hospital, where an operation was performed to remove the bullet.

Subsequently, Fyodor was awarded the medal "For Courage". As follows from the presidential decree, the boy showed "courage and dedication" in the performance of civic duty. In addition, he was awarded the departmental medal of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation "Valor and Courage".

As established in the FSB, the organizer and participant of the attack is a Russian citizen Denis Kapustin - the founder of the so-called Russian Volunteer Corps (recognized in the Russian Federation as terrorist), living in Ukraine and operating under the control of the SBU. He was included in the list of terrorists and extremists. Also wanted was actor Kirill Kanakhin, who allegedly participated in a terrorist attack in the Bryansk region.

Since February 2023, a high level of terrorist danger has been established indefinitely in the Bryansk region. It will be valid until further notice. At the same time, since October 19, a presidential decree has introduced a "medium level of response" mode in the region.

Plane crash

In 2014, he purchased an airplane and a plot of land on which he created an airfield.
