The first African-American to hold the position

Alvin Bragg grew up in Harlem in the 1970s and became the toughest man in the city who never sleeps. Considered progressive on social issues, he fights corruption on a daily basis. A Harvard graduate, the 49-year-old was later elected attorney general. At the same time, he became the first African-American to hold this position.

According to him, following the facts is the essential point of his job: "We follow the facts and the law. And at the time of making our conclusions, either we will pronounce an indictment, or we will publish a statement to explain our choice, "he had detailed a few weeks ago. This is not the first time that the two men have clashed since Alvin Bragg has already condemned the billionaire's foundation a few months earlier for tax fraud.
