I would like to assure you all, he also said, that the plans of the General Staff do not foresee a second wave of mobilization. Those who have already been called up for military service, as well as citizens who have voluntarily expressed the desire to participate in the special operation, are more than enough to fulfill the assigned tasks. »

According to the daily Vedomosti, many other information could be attached to this military database: criminal record, taxation, sports practices; all to be completed by April 1, 2024 at the latest, a clarification that appears in a decree of Vladimir Putin dated November 25, 2022.

Until then, it is promised, said the head of the Duma committee on defense, the conscripts will not be sent to serve in the "new regions of Russia", the territories annexed in September 2022.
