He noted that the wording "when Russia wins" was used, and not "if Russia wins."

According to him, the head of the Pentagon, Lloyd Austin, has already appealed to Congress on the issue of increasing military spending.

Earlier, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Pentagon, Mark Milley, expressed the opinion that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are unlikely to be able to achieve their military goals in the short term.

He also noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine will not be able to defeat Russia this year.
