- Alicante Police investigate an alleged sexual assault of three minors to a 16-year-old girl in Petrer
Two 16-year-olds have been arrested on Thursday by the National Police accused of a sexual assault on a young girl, also 16 years old, produced in Petrer (Alicante) last Friday, sources of the investigation have confirmed to EFE.
The event would have occurred on Friday 24, when three minors allegedly sexually assaulted a minor in a park in the Alicante municipality and the young woman, after escaping, asked for help in a commercial area of the town, after which she was taken to a nearby hospital, where she spent the night.
According to the newspaper 'Information', in addition to the two detained minors, there is a third alleged involved who is under 14 years old, so it would be unimputable by the Juvenile Law and it would be their legal guardians who should assume the compensation in case the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office so dictates.
The police force said this past Monday in a statement that it was investigating this case and that until the necessary inquiries were completed, it would not be reported on it.
