At the same time, the Investigative Committee for Moscow clarified that according to the investigation, on March 28, a young man at home in Zelenograd, pursuing the goal of desecrating a religious shrine revered by believers, being in a half-naked form, "publicly committed acts expressing obvious disrespect for others, in order to insult the religious feelings of believers." He filmed all this, and then posted it in Telegram in the public domain.

"A criminal case has been initiated against Stanislav Bazarov. He is suspected of committing crimes under Part 1 of Article 148 of the Criminal Code of Russia (violation of the right to freedom of conscience and religion, expressing obvious disrespect for society and committed in order to insult the religious feelings of believers) and Part 3 of Article 242. The Criminal Code of Russia (illegal production and trafficking of pornographic materials or objects)," the department said.

Earlier, the representative of the Main Investigative Directorate of the IC in Moscow, Yulia Ivanova, said that the agency had opened a criminal case on non-payment of taxes on 120 million rubles by blogger Alexandra Mitroshina.
