"A good schooling is crucial for Sweden's prosperity". So begins the motion for free school breakfast that the Moderates in Falkenberg support. They believe that in recent times there have been more and more people who testify that students come to school hungry. Breakfast at school, they believe, can contribute to learning ability.

"Would increase security"

"I also think it would increase security and community. Quite simply, a good day on the school day, says Michael Svensson (M), 2nd vice chairman of the Children and Education Committee.

The Social Democrats have previously submitted a similar motion that the city council rejected in August 2018.
