According to Exxpress, Zelensky will address the Austrian parliament via video link, the speech was planned for an earlier period, but even then the plans failed due to objections from the FPÖ.
On Thursday, Zelensky will give a speech, but not during the plenary session, but as part of a "public event" in parliament.

Earlier, Variety, citing sources, reported that Zelensky for the second time in a row was refused to perform at the Oscar ceremony.
The academy declined to comment on the situation.
