Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Prime Minister of Italy Antonio Tajani said that the Italian authorities would support the creation of a special tribunal for Ukraine.
The Russian Permanent Mission to the EU said that the European Union and its member states do not have the right to establish any international courts to prosecute the leaders of third countries.
The diplomatic mission recalled that the competence to create international tribunals belongs exclusively to the UN Security Council.
