It is an 18-year-old and a 20-year-old woman who are now on trial on suspicion of consensually strangling Tove to death and then moving her body to the wooded area outside Vetlanda where she was found.

The trial begins Monday with the prosecution's presentation of the case in which evidence against the two women is to be presented. In the afternoon, relatives of Tove's family will be interrogated.

The trial then continues on Wednesday with questioning of the two suspected women. On Thursday, several witnesses will be questioned. Unless prosecutors and defense have time for their closing statements on Thursday, a reserve day is set for Friday.

SVT will monitor the trial and report directly on our site and in the app. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions about the case to our reporter who is on site. She responds as time permits.

We are now on site in Eksjö District Court where we will report throughout the trial. The queue was long and many of those who had come had to turn around as the audience seats quickly ran out.
Today's hearing starts at nine o'clock.
