In Madagascar, a tasting competition to promote artisanal and local chocolate

Sunday, March 26, 2023, in Antananarivo, took place the 1st edition of the "World Tournament of the Five French-speaking Chocolate Nations". Behind this somewhat pompous title, a group of epicurean friends, determined to make the island talk positively and highlight a quality local product, often overshadowed by vanilla: chocolate. The competition offered a blind tasting of chocolates from five different origins by a series of more or less knowledgeable juries.
