"Something our military manages to do, something – not," the head of state said, answering the question why the equipment supplied to Ukraine reaches the line of combat contact.
According to Putin, military equipment is transported secretly, at night.
He stressed that the Russian military takes the destruction of Ukrainian weapons very seriously.
"No one should have any doubt that anyone is indifferent to this, through their sleeves ... no, of course not," Putin concluded.
