With guitar, colorful mysdress and a large cover jacket with a hood, Anton Boström from Gammelstad stood and waited for his turn to sing for the Idol Express. A new concept for this year that means that you can apply spontaneously directly on site at the audition.
"I came in the top 100 15 years ago and now I'm looking again. But I applied so late this year and thought that maybe I won't be there. Then this idol express was another chance to get in, says Anton Boström.
"Can go either way"
All that is needed to perform spontaneously is an ID document and a prepared audition song. The chosen ones go ahead and get to meet the jury the same day with a chance at a golden ticket.
"You never know how it will go, but it can go either way," says Anton Boström.
