According to the resolution, the UN Secretary-General is invited to create an independent international commission of inquiry to conduct a comprehensive investigation and search for those involved in sabotage.

Voting on the document is scheduled for March 27.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said earlier that he agreed with the conclusions that US intelligence agencies were behind the attacks.
