3 Palestinians were injured Friday in clashes with the Israeli occupation forces in Hebron, and clashes erupted in the suburbs of occupied Jerusalem during protests over the demolition of homes, while settlers launched a new attack south of Nablus in the northern West Bank.

Al-Jazeera correspondent reported that two Palestinians were wounded by Israeli gunfire after they stormed Al-Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron.

Meanwhile, the Palestinian News Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed Al-Arroub camp and fired live bullets, stun grenades and tear gas, injuring a young man and a girl.

The agency added that dozens of Palestinians were suffocated by the use of tear gas.

Israeli occupation forces also raided al-Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron, and arrested Suleiman Sarahneh after shooting him, according to the Palestinian News Agency.

After Friday prayers, anti-settlement rallies took place in various parts of the West Bank. The Israeli army fired metal bullets and tear gas canisters to disperse demonstrators, injuring one Palestinian youth with a stun grenade and another with metal bullets, as well as recording dozens of cases of gas suffocation, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent.

In occupied Jerusalem, clashes erupted shortly after Friday prayers in the town of Silwan during a protest organized by Palestinians to condemn the demolition of homes by the occupation authorities.

In the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of occupied Jerusalem, hundreds of Palestinians, foreign activists and Israelis demonstrated against the demolition of Palestinian homes in the neighborhood. The occupying forces used tear gas canisters to disperse the protesters and arrested a number of them.

New Settler Attack

At the same time, extremist settlers on Friday attacked the homes of a number of Palestinians in the village of Burin, south of Nablus.

Ghassan Daghlas, who is in charge of the settlement file in the northern West Bank, said that dozens of settlers attacked the homes of residents in the village, throwing stones at them, and fired live bullets in the air, causing damage to a number of homes.

Palestinian medical sources confirmed that there were no casualties during the attacks.

This development comes at a time when the Israeli siege of the town of Huwwara, south of Nablus, continues for the sixth consecutive day.

The European Union delegation and diplomats condemned the crimes of the settlers and the military measures of the occupation in the town.

During a field tour in the villages of Za'tara and Huwwara, the European delegation called for holding those responsible for these crimes against Palestinians accountable.

Last Sunday evening, settlers attacked the town of Huwara, burning homes and dozens of cars in an attack in which two settlers were killed.
