"A criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 151 of the Criminal Code of Russia (involvement of minors in the systematic use (drinking) of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products)," the statement said.
According to investigators, on February 22, an unidentified person at the moment posted an ad on the Internet about holding an event in one of the bars of St. Petersburg with an age limit of "16+", that is, for persons under the age of 18, after which he purchased alcoholic and alcohol-containing products and sold them to those who came.
"A search was carried out in a commercial structure that is the owner of part of the premises leased for institutions, where minors are systematically involved in the consumption (drinking) of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products," the IC said.
It is specified that 17 bars located in the above premises were also inspected.
